Our secure online registration system allows you to register for the conference and book your hotel rooms at the headquarters hotel. You will immediately get an email confirmation of your registration with a link to your receipt.
Advance Registration: Early registration fees are $450.00 and include all meetings and technical sessions, breakfast each morning, refreshment breaks throughout the day, and lunch - both on Tuesday and the Recognition Luncheon on Wednesday. Payments must be made by credit card through the portal. The late registration fee of $900.00 will apply to registrations after December 15, 2023. Cancellations received on or before December 15, 2023, will be refunded, less a $150 processing fee. Refunds cannot be given after December 15, 2023.

Hotel: A block of rooms has been reserved for attendees at the Marriott Knoxville Downtown. The conference rate of $194.00 plus taxes per night, single/double occupancy, can only be reserved through the registration process. Rooms reserved outside of the official TWC room block will not be eligible for the conference rate. Hotel reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. Should you fail to cancel your reservation or are a “no-show,” your credit card will be charged for at least one night's room and taxes.
Guest Program: Registered guests are invited to join the conference attendees for all meal functions and social events, including the welcome reception and luncheon. Note, no official tours are planned at this time. The social program fee is $150.00 per guest.
